Benjamin Lam, D.O., F.A.C.O.S. (Consulting Plastic Surgeon to Staff)

Dr. Lam received his medical degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences. Dr. Lam enrolled in an anesthesiology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and later completed a general surgery residency and plastic surgery fellowship at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Double board certified in both General Surgery as well as Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Dr. Lam is a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons as well as the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. As a recognized speaker on a national level, Dr. Lam is also the associate director of the plastic surgery residency at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Although Dr. Lam is not on our staff at the offices of Dr. Mash, we can arrange for complimentary consultations from him for our patients.

Maria L. Fudala, P.A.-C.

For the past twelve years Dr. Mash has been joined in her practice by her daughter Maria Fudala, first as a nurse and presently as Physician Assistant. Maria received her degrees at Arcadia and Villanova Universities. She is a skilled and knowledgeable provider of the medical and cosmetic dermatology dispensed at the comfortable and relaxing office housing their practice. They are assisted by a highly qualified medical support staff of facial specialists, medical/surgical assistants and laser technicians.

April Smith, MSPAS, P.A.-C.

April Smith recently joined the team at Dr. Marlene Mash & Associates as a board-certified Medical Physician Assistant. She received her graduate degree from Arcadia University and a Bachelor of Science from New York University. Her clinical background included several aspects of medicine, from Dermatology and Plastic Surgery to Emergency Medicine and Trauma Surgery. Her passion for the field of Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology will be invaluable to our patients and in providing exceptional medical care as part of the qualified medial team. April is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is licensed to practice as both a Medical and Osteopathic Physician Assistant. She also maintains active certification in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support by the American Heart Association.

The Medical Supervisor, Stacey Quartapella

Stacey Quartapella, Medical Supervisor, has been a part of the staff as both certified provider of various dermoltologic services and administrator. She provides expertise and leadership to the staff and is the first line communicator and liaison for patients, other service providers, and medical organizations.
